What is Expert Digital Lending?

Expert Digital Lending role will be responsible for managing P&L and partnerships of consumer lending portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure product delivery and performance.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Digital Lending.

What does Expert Digital Lending do?

• Develop product roadmap for digital lending and lead product construct, design and solution architecture
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams with Technology, Finance, Risk & Compliance for project planning, reporting & execution
• Conduct assessment of product & regulatory landscape, identifying opportunities and creating product programs
• Identify and monitor risk areas of the Product Program and deliver corrective measures
• Review and analyze partnerships performance and advise opportunities for improvements & further developments
• Coordinate with compliance division & the regulator’s PoCs for product approvals and relationship management
• Monitor profit & loss of lending products with support of team and Digital Lending head
• Conduct credit analytics to manage credit risk for JazzCash and partners
• Regularly generate insights to drive the lending products as per strategy
• Lead the research, identification, prioritization, and execution of new opportunities to help JazzCash achieve its goals in the lending ambit

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Digital Lending?

• Qualification BBA/ BS or MBA degree
• 4 - 5 years of experience in Segments, Digital Products / Platforms
• ~2 years of lending, fintech product management & analytics experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of customer journey and product funnels
• Innovation focused to create and manage change strategy
• Strong analytical skills to understand trends and be comfortable with handling numbers
• Communicator with the ability to present succinct and well-articulated thoughts at internal and external platforms
