What is Expert Network Analytics & Transmission?

Expert Network Analytics & Transmission Team is responsible of E2E KPIs availability of Jazz Transport Network, while correlating on RAN/TXN/IP/Core end and giving solutions to relevant teams.

The role is also responsible for real time analytics/Monitoring of Transport Network (MW/Optical/IP) providing them required Technical & Process level guidance.

The role reports directly to the Manager TXN & Analytics with an extended team of 20-24 team members.

What does Expert Network Analytics & Transmission do?

• To handle day-to-day network operations of Jazz TXN Analytics and Monitoring.
• Managing Transport 24/7 Shifts & ensure no issue remains unattended.
• Must have detail Knowledge of Network Traffic flow.
• Coordinate with Corporate/LDI Support for LDI/FIX/PMP/MPBN Network outages/Complaints.
• Advanced level analysis/Audit of complete Jazz Network covering RAN/TXN/IP/Core
• Escalation of Bandwidth related issues (RAN/TXN/IP) with Network development team for expansions.
• Identifying and providing solutions to all operations teams for TXN/RAN end issues.
• Providing support to Customer support team for resolution of customer complaints.
• Providing support to RAN Planning/Operations/Optimization/ND teams for resolution of Degraded RAN/TXN KPIs.
• Analysis of all critical outages over Jazz network
• Development of relevant reports on tableau for facilitation of operations/Planning/FOO teams.
• Continuous engagement with all stake to fulfil their tableau development requirements.
• Coordinate closely on pending issues within technology teams and in parallel update management with the developments.
• Work under pressure and complete special projects within given tight deadlines.
• Perform post activity analysis and highlight KPIs/KQIs degradations.
• Comply with all the department level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the execution of tasks and carrying out all job-related duties.
• Effective coordination with ND teams for daily routine tasks
• Must have hand on experience on IBM Netcool/service desk

Requirements

• BE (Electronics, Electrical, Telecoms), 8 - 10 Years of Relevant Experience
• Have demonstrated capability of leading a similar team preferably in NOC Environment.
• Have sound knowledge of all radio access network technologies i.e. GSM, UMTS, LTE as well as ample knowledge of MS-Office.
• Have very good understanding of Service Level Network Monitoring & associated processes.
