What is Expert Network Planning and Analytics?

The role is part of the Business Analytics unit in the Analytics & Insights department. The unit is responsible for delivering Key insights by analyzing behavioral data of our customers to guide the management to take effective decisions on all fronts. This role supports the management in taking decisions related to network investments and enhancements in a way that is commercially most beneficial for Jazz and is aligned with our strategy.

What Expert Network Planning and Analytics does?

Key responsibilities

• Identification and evaluation of network rollout potential locations using state-of-the-art analytics
• Creation of dashboards & reports that identify the geographical variation of network and customer KPIs
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to gauge effectiveness of geo-marketing related decisions taken in the past.

Key Deliverables

• Identification of potential locations where incremental Jazz network coverage is required, with insights from regional sales and technology teams and using GIS tools.
• Estimation of business potential for each of the identified location using analytical models that learn from past experiences and incorporate the variations.
• Business case evaluation after assessing the investment and operating revenues of the new plans
• Generate analytics to support decision making related to network capacity enhancements on Jazz’s network

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Network Planning and Analytics?

• Bachelors of Business/Computer Science/ System Engineering/ Electric Engineering/ Telecom Engineering with 3-4 years of practical experience in telecom industry
• Excellent knowledge of Network analytics
• Detailed knowledge of Network Technology
• Prior experience of USF projects knowledge is an advantage
• Hands on experience on GIS tools (MapInfo, ArcGIS)
• Practical knowledge of MS Office
• Decision making and Problem solving
• Team Work and Collaboration
• Analytical mindset and problem solving ability
• Futuristic and Strategic Thinking
