SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY:

Jazz is pleased to launch Empower – Executive Development Programme for Women Leadership in collaboration with Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). As part of Jazz’s DEI initiatives, this residential programme is designed to help women in leadership positions overcome perceived gender barriers and make significant contributions to business strategy. This programme shall impart skills that will lead to a better understanding of leadership traits, enhance collaboration in the workplace, capitalize on the digital eco-system and enable cross-industry networking opportunities.

Empower will be built upon the following key areas of focus:

• Building Your Leadership Voice
• Communication – Influence – Power
• Digital Intelligence

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role with an interest to advance your career in leadership roles

Additional Information:

• Admissions are selective to ensure a diversity of perspectives and experiences
• This will be a fully funded 3-day programme that shall take place between December 2022 to February 2023
• Selected candidates will be notified of dates as per their schedules
• Travel cost to and from LUMS is not covered
