What is Expert Business Analyst?

We as business analysts are responsible for serving as liaisons between all the departments and the IS&T organization. This role requires to collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve business goals.

The structure of the team is:

• A 10-member team (including the department head) with 2 sub-teams
• You will be part of a 5 member sub-team reporting to the Manager Solution Delivery

What does Expert Business Analyst do?

• Identify problems within a business using data modelling techniques
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Designing new solutions
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on previous research
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
• Leading new BSS initiatives

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Business Analyst?

• Minimum Bachelor’s (IT, Computer Sciences or Engineering), Masters will be advantageous
• 5 to 7 years’ of relevant experience
• Software development life cycle
• Enterprise BSS Solution knowledge and open-source technologies
