What is Expert International Remittance and Freelance Payments?

The role would be responsible for bringing on new partners to grow the business and end to end relationship management with the partners. This would include liaising with the relevant teams to resolve the ongoing issues of the partners, oversee technical integrations, interact regularly and effectively with the partners, develop strategies and campaigns to increase the uptake. The role will also interact with the internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and simplify the transaction process for the partners.

In addition, the role would be responsible to conduct market research and perform A/B testing to developing a substantive value-added proposition for the freelancers and remittance beneficiaries. The role will identify any new opportunities and build plans to pursue them and increase adoption.

The role reports directly to the Head of Money-In with an extended team of 2 team members

What does Expert International Remittance and Freelance Payments do?

• Launch of products to increase customer stickiness, these include payroll solutions, provident funds etc.
• Onboard new international remittance partners and manage end to end partner onboarding from negotiations to go live.
• Arrange events and session to create awareness of the products amongst the Freelance community
• Launch Referral programs to engage freelancers. End to end management of the referral program including marketing and devising the commission structure
• Maintain daily dashboard and analytics
• Develop marketing strategy and KPIs/targets to help quantify progress and drive results
• Coordinate with the partners to devise marketing campaigns to increase the uptake
• Liaise with the Tech and Product Development teams to improve products based on partner/ customer pain points
• Identify and finalize product specifications and oversee product design process from initial ideation stages to final project roll-out and ‘go-live’
• Instill an agile product development process culture, including regular review cycles, small-steps approach for development (waves/phases) and continuous feedback assessment
• Focus on improving existing offers and products, in response to market needs and/or DFS strategy
• Carry out necessary consumer/market research and analysis to help drive future decision-making processes and build growth strategies
• Manage the relationship with existing customers, dedicating sufficient resources to ensure regular interaction according to predefined framework
• Structure a well-defined feedback process, highlighting consumer needs and insights from conversations with customers stakeholders

• BSc /MBA – Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience. Relevant Industry background would be preferred
