What is Executive Facilities Management?

Executive Facilities Management will ensure and manage expectations of internal customers related to facility management domain by ensuring maximum satisfaction whilst making sure business continuity is not effected..

The role reports directly to Expert Facilities Management who reports to the Admin Experience Manager.

What does Executive Facilities Management do?

• Responsible for Stakeholder Management of assigned locations
• Facilitation to Internal Customers
• Requisition and Management of office supplies.
• Responsible for Internal Event/Refreshment/Meeting Management
• Responsible for Asset Management
• Responsible for Property/Office Maintenance Management
• Responsible Equipment Maintenance Management

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Executive Facilities Management?

Experience and Educational requirements

• Education: Bachelor / Masters’ degree from a recognized college / university
• At least 2 - 4 years in travel management within a multinational organization.

Soft skills and technical skills required
