What is Stream Head ERP & Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management System Technologies (RAFMS)?

The Stream Head ERP & Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management System Technologies leads a team responsible for the development and deployment of new features and functionalities, operations, project management, CapEx/OpEx preparation and management, and the development of the future roadmap for ERP, HR applications/portals, Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Systems (RAFMS) of GSM and FinTech systems, AML, interconnect billing, and CDR retrieval platforms. The Stream Head ensures the timely delivery of business requirements, efficient technical project management, smooth operations, and future roadmap development. The Stream Head must keep the team motivated, lead by example, and provide vision and visibility to ensure that objectives are fully met.

This position directly reports to the Head of IT-BSS.

What does the Stream Head ERP & RAFMS Technologies do?

• Provide oversight and guidance to the team for the effective execution of processes.
• Ensure smooth operations, meeting 99.9% availability.
• Ensure governance and oversight of managed services.
• Implement efficient incident management processes to minimize system downtime.
• Develop and deploy efficient change management/release management processes to ensure smooth production rollouts of new releases/changes.
• Ensure technical project management of large-scale upgrade/transformation projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features and functionalities as desired by the business through in-house development.
• Manage and optimize the technology architecture.
• Develop the future roadmap of deployed solutions as per the latest technological trends and best practices in the IT industry.
• Define, communicate, and execute the vision and strategies for effective management.
• Prepare RFPs and conduct technical evaluations of new solutions and partner selections.
• Implement processes related to security and audit control.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of applications.
• Implement processes for stakeholder management (including business, finance, and HR teams within the organization, as well as third parties and suppliers outside the organization) to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage the CapEx/OpEx budget.
• Implement processes to ensure that capitalization targets are met and that support contracts and licenses are renewed on time.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Stream Head ERP & RAFMS Technologies?

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution. A Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration will be preferred in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in CS.
• 10-12 years of experience in managing ERP & RAFMS solutions.
• Strong technical expertise related to the following:
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Solution

• Hadoop Database Management System (Dev and Operations)
• SQL and databases in general
• Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Systems (RAFMS), including AML and fraud detection in FinTech systems
• Interconnect Billing platform
• Development skills in Java Programming, Python, mobile app frontend technologies including native apps/Flutter, and backend technologies such as .NET Framework and Node.js
• Reporting processes based on processing of source system CDRs
