What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
.        Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
.        Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team
.        Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team
.        Develop understanding of Jazz Business information, systems, processes and procedures to conduct multiple UATs and automation projects
.        Develop understanding of Jazz Business operations working model to support and build better experience through digital platforms for operational excellence and customer facilitations
-Within 60 days, you will:

.        Operating database related operations on daily
.        Supporting and provisioning of scheduled and ad-hoc data requests for all relevant channels
.        Timely execution and monitoring of daily DB scheduled jobs and procedures
.        Preparing daily activity reports and monitoring DB performance and scheduled jobs
.        Escalation of critical issues faced amongst other team members and line manager
.        CRM / other systems hand’s-on to prepare for UATs

-Within 90 days to onwards you will: Continue with 60 days learnings and assigned tasks
.        Translate business issues/concepts into functional designs as per the requirements of internal/external customers.
.        Develop initial and detailed documents on different stages of projects that include concept papers, RFPs and processes workflows for BSD projects.
.        Design and redesigning process workflow for existing and proposed systems in coordination with relevant internal/external stakeholders.
.        Co-team with the Technical Teams for solution designing and specifying technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
.        Implement project management methodology and managing various assignments including:
.        Responsible for maturing project concept, solution designing and finalization, execution and monitoring, testing and commercial launch.
.        Conduct and lead UATs with technical teams and major stakeholders of projects in controlled and live environments before final launch
.        Undertake Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) and coordinating with BPM to develop SOPs as and when required.
.        Manage business projects prioritization at enterprise level PMO forum according to commercial & technology roadmap.
.        Responsible for project management of various projects for business customers by working with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
.        Create management visibility on the progress of projects and ensuring timely escalations for issue resolution.
.        Responsible for initiating and finalizing the business policy making process with cross-functional teams along with QAST
.        Participate and lead, project meetings with the internal/external stakeholders when needed. 

.        Requirement gathering and functional specification documentation
.        Project plan - development
.        Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
.        Develop optimized DB's and DB's Administrations, regular backups
.        Testing and deploying programs and systems
.        Fixing and improving existing software issues, bugs and security breaches
.        Establish the needs of users and monitoring user access and security
.        Monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end users
.        Map out the conceptual design for a planned database and optimize DB performance
.        Consider both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
.        Refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model
.        Refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements
.        Install and test new versions of the database management system (DBMS)
.        Maintain data standards, including adherence to the ISG-Information Security Governance guidelines
.        Documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata)
.        Control access permissions and privileges
.        Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
.        Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly
.        Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database.
.        Ad-hoc reporting and reporting automation

We are looking for someone who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from project UATs and process automations within Jazz Business division. Prior experience of process automations and project management will be an added advantage.

A Bit About Us:
The business process management & PMO team is part of the B2B Operations Department within the Business Division. The team is responsible for managing Corporate customer operations at Jazz.
The structure of the team you will join is:
.        A 13-member team (including the department head) with 5 sub teams
.        You will be part of a 03-member sub-team reporting to a Team Manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
.        Project Management
.        Process Automations
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
.        Product and Projects UATs
.        Process Automations and Integrations
The three (03) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
.        Telecom Customer Operations
.        Process and Procedures Automations
.        Project Management
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
.        SQL Server 2000, Oracle & mySql
.        .net Technologies, PHP & PMP/ITIL V3 practitioner

Essential skills must have: 
.        Solid understanding of telecom industry standards and project management practices
.        Ability to read and interpret complex business requirements into developable business solutions
.        Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
.        Strong interpersonal skill

.        Telecom systems knowledge and experience (CRM-Siebel, IN, BS, Financial Systems-ERP)
.        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio), & MS Project
