You will be reporting to Manager Freelance Payments and be responsible for managing and developing the payroll products in Pakistan and delivering on the P&L of this particular payroll segment. The role will involve end-to-end product management, including product design and development. You are expected to manage the relationship with existing customer base, deploying measure to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn. You are expected to perform the necessary research and analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends and help Jazz position itself in the market. You are expected to liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to help achieve successful product launch and delivery and ensure a highly robust and reliable service. You are expected to provide the necessary support for sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenues and increase uptake of Jazz products.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Identify and finalize product specifications and oversee product design process from initial ideation stages to final project roll-out and ‘go-live’
·         Instill an agile product development process culture, including regular review cycles, small-steps approach for development (waves/phases) and continuous feedback assessment
·         Focus on improving existing offers and products, in response to market needs and/or DFS strategy
·         Engage and liaise with relevant external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of new products and robust operations of existing ones
·         Prepare necessary frameworks to measure and track profitability of existing products
·         Carry out necessary consumer/market research and analysis to help drive future decision-making processes and build growth strategies
·         Manage the relationship with existing customers, dedicating sufficient resources to ensure regular interaction according to predefined framework
·         Structure a well-defined feedback process, highlighting consumer needs and insights from conversations with customers stakeholders
·         Develop strategies to increase and monitor customer satisfaction, with embedded processes to ‘flag’ churn and unsatisfied customers
·         Liaise with the Tech and Product Development teams to enhance products based on customer pain points
·         Carry out necessary consumer/market research and analysis to help drive future decision-making processes and build growth strategies
·         Perform market sizing exercises and analyze market trends to help Jazz accurately position itself in the market and develop strategies accordingly
·         Deploy several efficient and suitable market research tools and strategies, including surveys, research campaigns, reports, expert interviews
·         Build out customer journey maps to better understand customer requirements and streamline processes
·         Continuous engagement with operations and support to guarantee and monitor the level of service provided to consumers
·         Carry out competitor and market research, identifying any competitive edge competitors (are expected to) have and any competitive products they (are expected to) launch
·         Analyze the impact of competitive products on Jazz’s offers and build strategies to avoid/mitigate the implications
·         Develop marketing strategy and KPIs/targets to help quantify progress and drive results
·         Provide the necessary support for Sales and Channels teams to help increase adoption and uptake of products and solutions
