This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something big and transformative, someone who will play a critical role in driving our success.   What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like? -Within 30 days you will: Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products. Department strategy and company road map. Have meetings, with members of other teams to understand how each function at Jazz contributes to the overall success. Understand the function of Treasury Operation front & back office & your role in the overall strategy and finance function. This includes but not limited to the following core areas, ·       Manage all aspects of Funds & Liquidity, Foreign Trade & Insurance. ·       Manage all aspects of investment portfolios including long-term and short-term investment strategies. ·       Manage relationships with financial service providers and address quality issues. ·       Manage relationships with regulatory authorities. ·       Support and participate in Strategic projects. ·       Manage Working Capital & Reporting. ·       Assist Budgeting team for Budget, forecast & Business plan forecasting. ·       Manage Counterparty Risk Management. ·       Manage Business Support & Employee Services. ·       Determine the Company’s goals and risk tolerance. ·       Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted. ·       Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements. ·       Managing the daily & monthly Performance monitoring of shared services operations of Treasury. ·       Managing the controls & adherence to policies (SOX, Compliance, Internal, Group). ·       Managing Internal & Group Reporting.   -Within 60 days, you will: Effectively and efficiently manage Treasury Operation functions, performance and related activities. Extend & strengthen the relationship with banks, insurance companies & fund managers. Extend & strengthen the relationship with regulatory bodies. Effectively manage the strategic projects in process. Work with relevant team to improve the working capital position in line with the group targets. Work on the yearly budget exercise with the budgeting team w.r.t working capital forecasting. Effectively manage the performance of treasury shared service operations in accordance with Key Performance Indicators, review reports (daily/ weekly/ monthly) on assigned KPIs and SLAs. Perform root-cause analysis of working capital (specially the receivables) & Identify gaps and areas of improvement.   -Within 90 days to onwards you will: Manage the Jazz dividend payments through bank & regulatory authorities. Work on the counterparty credit limit setting exercise in coordination with Group Treasury. Periodic visit to banks & regulatory authorities to ensure healthy relationship. Actively play your role in all the on-going strategic projects. Actively play your role in the implementation of Treasury Group Operating Model. Actively play your role as the Local Process Owner (LPO) in coordination with Group Treasury for Enterprise Support System. Actively managing the daily & monthly Performance monitoring of shared services operations of treasury, improve internal processes and system controls in order to ensure correct & timely delivery of services. Ensuring adherence to all policies (SOX, Compliance, Internal & Group). Ensuring timely & accurate Internal & Group Reporting Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any issues. Develop them to take extra tasks as and when required. Also develop them as high performing individuals who have knowledge beyond their assigned tasks in order to enable them to perform their assigned tasks efficiently and develop them for future growth   What we have done and what we will do with YOU  In the last one-year Jazz is a huge success story in terms of business transformation, we were market leaders and we still are market leaders but with huge margins specially after successful merger of Jazz and Warid.   A bit about you:  We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to roll out followed by feedback.   We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills to be able to advocate/defend the Product Org’s views of what is right—even if it comes to conflict/disagreement with CEO—with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints.   A bit about us: A brief about your department. Treasury Operations is part of Treasury department under Finance Division at Jazz & we are focused towards providing top notch customer experience to our external and internal customers contributing to business effectively while aligning their behaviors to Jazz values.   The structure of the team you will join is: You will be reporting into the Head of Treasury whereas two Managers will be directly reporting to you. One manager is leading the Treasury Cash Management & Working Capital domain whereas the other one is leading Foreign Trade Management, Insurance management, contracts management & relationship management with regulatory authorities.   The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are: Develop capabilities in employees that support the business effectively Create a culture that supports the transformation agenda by embedding values’ based behaviours in our ways of work   With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration? You will work with internal and external stakeholders including divisional/departmental heads and all functions of the company for effective planning, development and roll out of the Leadership Development Initiatives. A collaborative effort will result in capable and mature people leaders who drive the transformation journey at Jazz while caring for and growing their team members.   The three (03) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results. ·       Successful set up of Jazz Tower Company, its cash flow forecasting, managing fund requirements, payment solutions implementation and finalizing escrow related arrangements.    ·       Successful transfer of Treasury’s operational activities to Vimpelcom Global Shared Services (VGSP). ·       Successful Warid Merger (Treasury Process Integration, reporting alignment, Franchise & Business Centre channel consolidation, bank account rationalization, regulatory approvals in old outstanding Warid offshore payments The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have Ability of building strong relationships inside & outside organization functions Leadership and Management skills Decision-making and Analytical ability   The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have Microsoft Office Oracle ERP   Essential skills must have:  ·       Leadership qualities, ability to work independently and capable of identifying and resolving issues ·       Initiative and pro-active.  Ability to function as catalyst. ·       Strong Business Process Skills ·       Ability to simplify complex analysis that delivers comprehensive understanding. ·       High degree of demonstrated collaboration with peers and clients. ·       Experience of working effectively under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines. ·       Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and responsive. ·       Sound co-ordination and follow up skills. ·       Strong presentation skills
