What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
-Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
-Meet with the People & Organization team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
-Understand the function of Admin Facilities in the People & Organization division and how your role fits into the overall Admin Facility and function
-Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Facility Management Policy and Procedures
-Develop an understanding on the services provided by the Facilities Management Team
-Develop an understanding on the services scope under Facilities Management Team
Within 60 days, you will:
-Understand roles & responsibilities of all the Facilities functions such Cafeteria handling, Fleet handling, Travel arrangements, Events arrangements, Premises Housekeeping, Store and Stock ordering etc. in the organization
-Start working on the Job assigned by the supervisor from either of the Facilities Management function
-Meet up with all the relevant stakeholders of Facility Management team e.g. Internal Department Managers, HODs, and Vendors
Within 90 days you will:
-Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
-Meet the service KPI's defined for Facility Management department
-Take ownership and ensure resolution of customer complaints
-Manage task as and when assigned by the departments
-Always welcome other office related activities assign by the supervisor
-Verify invoices of assigned task and deal with vendor

A bit about us:
We are Facility Management Team of South Region under the umbrella of People and Organization Division. We look after services and other facilities of South Region (comprises of Karachi, Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Larkana, Sukkur, Rahim Yar Khan and Quetta)

The structure of the team you will join is:
9 Jazz employees looking after various functions are reporting to Regional Manager South.

The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Ensure Wow feeling among internal customers.
Efficient handling of all operations
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. You will coordinate with internal facility management team, external vendors and internal customers
