  • Understand business needs and challenges faced by the company and respond by designing research to help tackle the problem.

  • Has some understanding of NPS (Net Promoter Score), BHT (Brand Health Tracker), Customer satisfaction (CSAT) etc.

  • Support internal data with research data for a complete 360 degree view.

  • Constantly working with research agencies to track performance and achieve results

  • Need to play an important role in designing and executing research questionnaire design, research methodology, cost-benefit implication of studies, etc.

  • Need to build synergies with other departments by aiding in strategy formulation

  • Need to have proactive approach as a team player

  • Would be required to work cross functionally with other teams.
