Digital marketing strategy development and planning for scalable, always-on, digital marketing programs aligned with business priorities and customer needs
Develop, manage and optimize digital assets with help of digital marketing teams, customer support teams and agencies, to effectively manage advertising spaces
Digital engagement and downloads for mobile applications
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Identify and manage digital programs in paid digital media
Lead digital marketing governance and compliance process including brand integrity and alignment with the privacy laws of the country and company branding criterias
Formulating and driving marketing communications through digital engines targeting multiple audiences (B2C and B2B)
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise product brand awareness
Ability to evaluate digital capabilities of agencies and vendors and manage them to obtain optimal results
Social networks savviness: social networks and especially social selling might do a big difference if done right and in order to do that, you shouldnt be afraid to push it much further than we actually do.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the digital channels (apps/portals).
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Affectively design a campaign to optimize CAC

Hands-on experience with digital tools such as AdWords, ad-serving or editing HTML/CSS code is very welcome since in limited occasions, its faster to do the job yourself than delegate it to agencies
