  • Franchise channel handling, Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.

  • Reaching the targets and goals set for assigned KPIs.

  • Franchise, DO territory and rout rationalization/allocation & Numeric addition.

  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets of assigned area.

  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

  • Maintain relationship with retailers for repeat business.

  • Develop creative promotional activities to attract more customers.

  • Supervise sales and distribution teams and provide guidance to improve the effectiveness of sales and distribution channel.

  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

  • Recruiting and training franchise staff.

  • Visit different areas as and when required.
