Regional Manager RANP South (Grade: L3)

Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Apr 21, 2017)

  • Managing the RAN team overseeing all aspects of planning, redesign, traffic monitoring & network growth for 2G/3G and 4G

  • Planning and overseeing Mergeco activities and implementation

  • Implementation of Rollout

  • Maintaining of KPIs under the division defined thresholds.

  • Preparation of technical & commercial plans as per business needs.

  • Plan the network growth in terms of coverage & capacity with cost effective improvement plans.

  • Suggest means to bring consistency between the offered & used capacity.

  • Improving existing processes & evolving new ones for effective implementation of team tasks.

  • Regular meetings with in-house clients & vendors for network enhancement.

  • Oversee new product trials for network performance improvement.

  • Ensuring SOPs are being followed

  • Proper update to the line manager of regional activities

  • Supervising regional planning activities and streamlining team resources.

  • Making & maintaining lasting relationship with all stakeholders to achieve optimum growth

Essential Skills:

  • Technical background with at least 5 years of experience in GSM and UMTS/4G Networks

  • Experienced in delivering and managing Radio Rollout projects across different Radio domains

  • Solid experience of working within a complex business environment

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Fluent business English (verbal & written) is required

  • Proven Leadership capabilities and a good team player

  • Substantial technological background, gained in global, multi-cultural organizations

  • Vendor capability: Preferred ZTE & Huawei equipment

  • Strong Analytical and communication skills
