Ideal candidate should:

  • Hold a BA/BBA/MBA degree from a HEC recognized university
  • Have at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Related certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

  • Handle end to end contractual procurement of Indirect Procurement.
  • Responsible for consolidation of Supply & Services contracts nationwide.
  • Responsible for contract management covering pre and post award contractual matters, contract drafting, review, negotiation and finalization
  • Ensure internal and external customer management, category management, strategic sourcing.
  • Procure Supplies and Services from local vendors in accordance with procurement policies and procedures under the given course of authority
  • Negotiate with vendors on the basis of Price, Delivery, Quantity, Payment Terms etc in order to ensure cost optimization.
  • Prepare cases by making comparative statements such as QES for the purpose of comparing prices, specifications, delivery, quality etc. in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
  • Ensure procurement process is centralized under a frame contract for better savings in terms of cost and time.
  • Ensure standard fixed rates as per the benchmark for the supply of same services and goods nationwide.
  • Maintain and upgrade vendor's database by inducting new sources.
  • Prepare different reports Weekly major project report, Monthly Procurement Report, Monthly Saving Reports, Contract Status Reports, Quarterly Procurement Reports, Annual Savings Reports, Vendors Rating Reports, Payment Tracking Sheets, Projects in Hand Report etc in order to stream line the work and to hold a strong grip on the projects.
